Pat Donahue contributed this original translation of a document taken from the body of an NVA officer, showing the plans for attacking LZ Russell.

This original document is a translation of a document that was taken from a Vietnamese by Charles Culton after the battle of Feb 25. and given to one of the officers on the hill.  In July of 1969, Pat Donahue found it lying about in the Echo 2/4 Headquarters office, at Vandergrift Combat Base.  In June of 2001 Pat brought these documents in to the light to be posted our web site.
