This section is devoted exclusively to displaying official documents and commentary about those documents.  As the documents arrive, they will be transcribed and then posted, usually with a scan of the original document if it is available. We have many documents in our possession and more are coming in.  Transcription and analysis is a lengthily process, so check back frequently to see updated postings. Please send us any official documents you may have.
